Returns and Exchanges
- Legally, you can send the product back for a refund within 14 days after receiving it, provided that it has not been used.
- If you want to make a change, you can exchange the unused product by sending it back to our Orfis Kids store or Online Shop (www.orfiskids.com) via Yurtiçi Kargo within 14 days.
- You must make your returns and exchanges via Yurtiçi Kargo . Cargos with consignee payment sent by other cargo companies will not be accepted.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
- The products must be unused.
- Products that are not in their original packaging or are no longer usable are not eligible for return.
- Personalized products cannot be returned (special size, special color, special model or material preference, etc.)
- The products must not have any scratches, paint or deformation due to impact.
- Products with broken materials due to impacts (dropping, hitting) cannot be returned.
- Since chemical contact with the products will damage the materials of the products, any damage resulting from such applications are not included in the return scope.
The product that arrives is first examined by our team. If it complies with the above conditions, the return process is initiated and you are notified that your return has been approved. Once approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card or bank transfer within the legal period of 10 business days. This period begins when Orfis Kids receives the product you have returned.
Create a return record for the product through your account and send it to our address below with our Yurtiçi Kargo customer code. No liability is accepted for products that are not sent with this code.
